The Whistler Project consists of several gold-copper porphyry deposits and exploration targets within a large regional land package totaling approximately 217.5 square kilometers (53,700 acres). The Whistler Project has indicated resources of approximately three million gold equivalent ounces and inferred resources of 6.5 million gold equivalent ounces. Mineral resources have been estimated at three gold-copper porphyry deposits (Whistler, Raintree West and Island Mountain) and several additional geophysical and geochemical targets anomalies contain mineralized drill intersections that require follow-up drilling.
