Its retail and service operations are split across three business lines: Vodafone Business, Europe Consumer and Africa Consumer. It serves private and public sector customers of all sizes with a range of connectivity services, supported by its global network. Through its VodaPay super-app and the M-Pesa payment platform, it provides financial services, as well as business and merchant services in Africa.
