The Company's investment objective is to provide shareholders with an income together with the potential for income and capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of United Kingdom commercial property warehouse assets. It may acquire property interests either directly or through corporate structures (whether onshore United Kingdom or offshore) and also through a joint venture or other shared ownership or co-investment arrangements. G10 Capital Limited is the Company's alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) and investment manager and its investment advisor is Tilstone Partners Limited.
